1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Milton Erickson Trainings website or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old—or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher—to use the Service.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Sharing your login credentials with others is prohibited.
Your use of the Materials (defined below) is limited to personal study and live educational presentations as permitted in Section 5.

3. Intellectual Property Notice
Parsons‑Fein Training Institute (“PFTI”) holds the exclusive license from the copyright owners to make these recordings, ebooks, transcripts, study guides, and related resources (collectively, the “Materials”) available through the Service.

4. Ownership of Materials
The Materials are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
PFTI grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable licence to stream and view the Materials for your own learning and professional development, subject to these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.

5. Permitted Uses and Restrictions
Personal study – You may stream the Materials for your own learning.
Live educational presentations – You may show excerpts of up to ten (10) minutes from any single video in face‑to‑face presentations, provided you add meaningful commentary and attribution.
Prohibited actions – Except as expressly allowed above, you may not:
- Download, copy, or record the Materials
- Post or share any portion of the Materials on the Internet, social media, learning‑management systems, or file‑sharing sites
- Distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, broadcast, or publicly display the Materials
- Edit, remix, translate, or create derivative works from the Materials without PFTI’s prior written permission

6. Access and Use of Service
Your licence is personal, non‑commercial, non‑sublicensable, and revocable.
We may monitor usage to prevent unauthorised sharing.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Payment and Refund Policy
A one‑time licence fee is required to obtain initial access to the Materials, followed by a recurring maintenance subscription to retain access.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law.
Failure to pay any fee when due will result in suspension of access. A US $75 reactivation fee applies to restore access.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but payments already made are non‑refundable for the current billing period.
PFTI offers refunds on a "no questions asked" basis for 14 days after payment of the initial license fee.
After the "no questions asked" period expires, refund requests for the initial licence fee will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at PFTI’s sole discretion.

8. Course Availability
We strive to keep the Service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.
Scheduled maintenance, force‑majeure events, or other factors may affect availability.

9. Modifications to Service and Prices
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect only after at least thirty (30) days’ notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Service and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Educational Use Only / No Medical Advice – The Materials are provided for educational purposes and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. You remain solely responsible for your professional decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PFTI disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. In no event will PFTI’s aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to PFTI for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Waiver and Release of Liability
You hereby waive, release, and discharge PFTI, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of your use of the Service or Materials, including any claim of personal or mental injury.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the foregoing parties from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will take effect thirty (30) days after we notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement; Severability; Assignment
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PFTI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
PFTI may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice. You may not assign these Terms without PFTI’s prior written consent.

15. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
